Senly hasn’t launched yet. These answers describe version 1 as we’re building it.
What is Senly?
An iPhone app for changing a compulsive habit. It draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and has three parts: a button to press when an urge shows up, short daily ACT sessions, and a reflection after a slip.
Who is it for?
Adults (18 and over) who want to change a habit that feels hard to control. Senly is a self-help tool. It isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace care from a professional. It isn’t made for emergencies: if you’re in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number now.
What happens to what I write?
It’s kept on your iPhone and never sent to us. There’s no account. Sharing anonymous usage counts is off unless you turn it on. The privacy policy has the details.
How much does it cost?
Senly will be a subscription bought through the App Store, with a free trial. There’s no free plan. The App Store shows the price before you subscribe. Apple handles billing, so cancellations and refunds go through Apple.
